The
Association will ensure that adequate First Aid cover is
available at each event.

An
Accident Book will be maintained by the First Aid Coordinator.
|
|
3. |
First
Aiders MUST notify each incident dealt with, and the treatment
given by them.
|
|
4. |
The
names and locations of Appointed First Aiders at each event
will be shown on both HQ noticeboards.
|
|
5. |
Nominated
First Aiders must notify a member of the Executive Committee
of their presence and location at each event.
|
|
6. |
Any
invited Guest Societies must let an Executive Committee
member know of Certificated and nominated First Aiders
of the Guest Society who will be attending any Soskan event.
Soskan will then decide which of them will be required
to assist Soskan's nominated First Aiders.

7. |
First
Aid equipment will be provided by the Association.
|

8. |
First
Aid boxes will be located as follows: -

With
the Confederate Artillery.
-
With
the Union Artillery.
-
At
Confederate Army HQ.
-
At
Union Army HQ.
-
With
the Sanitary Commission.

9. |
Members
who require medication such as simple painkillers must
carry and administer their own medication.
|

10. |
Members
must inform the Secretary of any chronic condition with
which they have been diagnosed. This information will be
passed only to the relevant Association Officers. Such
members will be expected to carry with them, and administer
their own medication.
