The site is just under 2hrs from the M25, accessible from junction 15 M40, then A46 dual carriageway, then down Gospel Oak Lane.
A travel lodge is located 1 mile from the site and a premier inn is located 6 miles away for those who prefer not to camp.
The site is part of a WW2 air base and therefore the roadways are mostly compressed shingle, tarmac or concrete. Access is by either the main gate or by a dual five bar gateway at the lower end of the site further down Gospel Oak Lane.
Depending on which direction you enter Gospel Oak Lane you will find the site is located on your right hand side if approaching from an easterly direction with the 5 bar gateway being before the main gate and on your left hand side if approaching from a westerly direction with the main gate being before the 5 bar gateway.
